1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the applications, websites, and services provided by One Fire Limited ("One Fire", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. AI-Generated Content & Disclaimers
For Entertainment & Insight Only
Our AI-powered "Mystic" services (including Tarot, Astrology, and Divination apps) are intended for entertainment and personal insight purposes only. AI models may occasionally produce inaccurate or biased information ("hallucinations"). One Fire Limited does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated prediction or advice.
You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and should not be used as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our AI services to:
- Generate hate speech, violent content, or sexually explicit material.
- Attempt to "jailbreak" or reverse-engineer our proprietary AI prompts and architectures.
- Use automated bots to scrape data or overwhelm our system infrastructure.
- Impersonate any person or entity through our social or communication AI tools.
4. Intellectual Property
Our Content: All code, design, logos, and proprietary AI workflows are the exclusive property of One Fire Limited.
Your Content: As between you and One Fire, you own the inputs you provide to the services. To the extent permitted by law, you also own the specific output generated by the AI based on your input. However, One Fire Limited reserves the right to use non-personally identifiable interactions to improve system performance and algorithm accuracy.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Certain services are offered on a subscription basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by local law in Hong Kong SAR. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days' notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Fire Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our AI services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
